About Joe

Joe is not Leon

Anyone who's played the original Clutter game knows a little bit about Joe. Joe is not Leon, but some of the details of Joe's life were worked into the story. Here are just some of the real facts of Joe's 65-Plus years of life.

Joe was born in a little town called Penacook N.H., a voting district of Concord N.H. but a separate town (population was about 3000 back then). Joe attended Immaculate Conception School until 6th grade and then attended Merrimack Valley High School. Joe decided to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. Joe graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Joe only took one computer course at RPI.

Joe moved on to work at iWin creating the highly successful Mah Jong Quest I, II and III (and little game called Sproink). After leaving iWin at the end of 2009 to work on his own games he joined an Atlanta Slots/Gaming company beginning in 2011 and ending in 2013. Joe now devotes 100% of his time to Puzzles By Joe and The Clutter Series.

    Hi, Joe,
Just wanted to let you know that I finally got your fantastic Clutter V game on Big Fish. I would have purchased it from you, but when I get it from Big Fish, I can let my husband have a copy, too, for his computer. I love the new format, which includes so much of all my favorites from the previous Clutter versions, as well as lots of new objects and challenges. I like the music variety, and the western theme, and of course, you continue to add narration, as you know I appreciate a story now and then. Thanks for continuing to share your great gift and I will enjoy this Clutter game as well as continue to go back and go through all the other ones time and again. By the way, is the player’s name supposed to be at the bottom of the main page? Mine just says player and I can’t put my name there. Oh, well, it is much fun, just the same. Take care and carry on—GOOD JOB.

my husband and i love the “clutter games” and we both have our own computers and want to purchase all of the “clutter games” on discs so we can both enjoy them.. The disc is needed for the times computer is in the shop and they wipe out all your games. Please reply have been searching for your games and now i’ve found you if you could let me know what a purchase price would be for all five games i would appreciate it. Husband retired and plays games on pc all day, so this would be a great addition to our collection. Thank you, Carol Martin

On your declutter game which I bought from Big Fish, I was sad to see that you put the Grand Canyon in Colorado instead of where it’s always been–Arizona.

    Hi
love Clutter 1, it started me think of all the clutter I have. I am taking your advice to get rid of things. I don’t need and never need. Thank you
I was wondering if other clutter games will be available on Mac computers?
    Thank you
    Mary Ann

      Hi Mary:
Yes, they will be available there (spaced about 6 weeks apart).
Look for the Mac version of number 2 in about a month or so.
      Joe
